Fibro Active is a support group for people with FM and CFS and their carers. It is a positive and inclusive group that focuses on healthy lifestyle, light exercise, support and sharing information as well as educating members about their condition and help them move forward with their acceptance and management of their illness.
We are a an unincorporated organisation and we have a full holistic programme.
We meet every Tuesday at Petersham Community Hall, Grasmere Road, Long Eaton. NG10 4DZ. Time 11am – 1pm
Fibro & ME (Erewash, Derbyshire)
Fibro & ME is a volunteer-run support group for people affected by fibromyalgia and ME/CFS and their carers in the Erewash area. We meet in Ilkeston every Tuesday from 11am-1pm. We have a variety of activities and guest speakers on our programme. For more details contact the Committee members.
