I use to have terrible sweats drove me mad my clothes were always damp, then i read about starflower capsules being good for sweats.I didn't really think they would work but thought i had nothing to lose.
I started taking one a day after three weeks the sweats stopped and i have been sweat free for a month.

Hi

I have suffered with sweats over the past couple of years but worse this year. I do think i'm going through an early menopause (im 41) because my periods every few months are heavy and i have hot flushes and nearly faint.

I have just started taken starflower oil capsules (they are not very expensive thankfully) because someone posted they had success with them in another post (maybe it was fibrofog again). Thanks anyway whoever it was for that advice and i know it may not work for me just because it has for you but if we dont give our success stories out we would never know to try things.

Someone did say to me when i was going through sweats to switch my semi skimmed milk to soya milk. I did at the time about two years ago and i was ok on it. Dont know why i went back to semi skimmed but i have now also gone onto soya milk and will stick with it to see if it helps as well.

Please don't sign up to the newsletter on that site - and be wary of its info. There have been reports that it is linked to a group that harvests email addresses to sell for e-marketing.
I run FibroAction, a small national charity raising awareness of Fibromyalgia Syndrome. I am not a qualified healthcare professional. If you would like medical references for any facts quoted, just PM me.
